Lake & Finchem v Hobbs/Fontes is the case, suing AZ SoS to remove the machines. New evidence will be entered, Lindell says the judges kept the door open to that by dismissing it on standing. Lindell case and Byrne uppercut is the same case. Sounds like it will cite the new Halderman.
