Rebuilding the Truck-Frame Hay Wagon

Hay Folks, today we're rebuilding a hay wagon. This one, many years ago, was a truck. When the rest of the vehicle gave out, the frame was then repurposed into a hay wagon. Needless to say, it's been many years since this was used last, so let's get to work!
