On February 21st, in Hubei Province, northern China, resident Mrs. Zheng accidentally ignited a liquefied gas cylinder due to aging and damage to the gas pipe while cooking pork belly at home. In a state of urgency, Mrs. Zheng dragged the burning gas cylinder to the middle of the road.

The fire intensified rapidly, engulfing the entire liquefied gas cylinder in flames, prompting pedestrians and vehicles passing by to hastily avoid the area.

With the gas cylinder at risk of exploding at any moment, in this critical moment, auxiliary police officer Hu Hao from the local police station stepped forward. He wet a towel, seized the opportunity, and single-handedly closed the valve of the gas cylinder, successfully preventing the fire from spreading further and eliminating the safety hazard.

Reflecting on his actions afterward, he stated, "Even though I am not yet an official police officer, wherever the public needs me, I will not hesitate to step up!"
