Palestinians describe 'very tough' first day of Ramadan

Ramadan is typically a reflective and joyful time of year, but Fedaa Hamed – a displaced Palestinian from Khan Younis – and her family are beginning this Muslim holy month in an overcrowded camp in Rafah, with acute shortages of food and gas.
