The Chain Reaction of Rachel Joy Scott of Columbine High School

In March of 2018, I spoke to a small group of youth at The Well in Providence, Kentucky. This sermon was following the Marshall County, Kentucky and Parkland, Florida school shootings.

These events sparked memories from when I was in school 19 years prior. During that time in history, I recalled the news of the day as West Paducah, Kentucky faced a school shooting and later a mass shooting in Littleton, Colorado.

When God inspires and He gives you the green light to tell your story, tell your story!

The Columbine High School massacre, commonly referred to as Columbine, was a school shooting and attempted bombing that occurred on April 20, 1999. Rachel Joy Scott was the first student sought out and killed by two of her classmates.
