Easy Fast Foil Roasted Crockpot Potatoes

I made a mistake in the video recipe - do not put the salt in until after you are done cooking your potatoes!

The salt sticks the potatoes to the foil.
1. Slice potatoes very thin. If you peel the siins in thin strips they will become very crunchy- good if you have string teeth and you are hankering for something with a bit of crunch.
2. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and parsley flakes.
3. Wrap in aluminum foil shiny side in and put it to bake in your crockpot container without the insert.
4. Put on the lid as this will help keep the heat inside and help your potatoes cook faster.

When the potatoes no longer smell raw , open the foil and do a taste test.

Sprinkle with sea salt or iodized salt - our bodies need that iodine.

Enjoy as is or with all your favourite French fry toppings.
