Candace Owens rips Chris Cuomo after she called Russian leader Putin 'intelligent'

The audience burst out laughing when Owens said she wasn't going to let Cuomo humiliate himself and blasted him for sharing Cold War propaganda.

“Chris, there's no reason to do this, there's no reason to do this. You're doing so great, I'm not going to let you do this to yourself.”

“Obviously Vladimir Putin is intelligent. It doesn't make you anything to acknowledge the fact that any person that can for an hour straight unpack the history of their country starting from the 8th century has their mental faculties about them.”
