Special Counsel Robert Hur Wasn't Honest At All About Why He Didn't Criminally Charge Joe Biden

Its very well established law and procedure in the federal LEO agencies that they can't criminally charge their own Chief Executive.

Apparently, almost every single journalist in America forgot what they learned during the Clinton and Trump administrations when they were investigated by Special Counsels.

A President has to be removed from office first before being criminally indicted. Either from being impeached, losing a reelection bid, or reaching the end of a second term in the White House.

While he is IN the White House, the DOJ/FBI/Special Counsels cannot indict him.
