To Whom It May Concern,
On April 7, 2017 Carolee Ogata, Ian Dominelli, Kay Nakauchi, Carissa Rice, and Melissa Taylor were present at the hearing conducted by Judge Timothy J. Stafford of Department C66.

In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata wrote the following:

“On May 18, 2015, Mr. Clawitter sent an email correspondence to teachers in HBHS’s Science Department. (See Exhibit 1: May 18, 2015 Email Correspondence from Chad Clawitter to HBHS Science Department with excepts from the attachments.) Mr. Clawitter attached his self-publications that contained several references to killings and death. The science teachers contacted HBHS Administration (“Administration”), regarding the email correspondence, which they perceived to be threatening.”

The email correspondence on May 18, 2015 that Carolee Ogata declared (under penalty of perjury) was perceived to be threatening was the following:

“Dear Science Teachers,

I have attached a free copy for you of two books I have written. I have also attached one of my favorite books by the famous author C. S. Lewis. If you are not interested in learning about other worldviews please disregard.

Sincerely,

Chad J. Clawitter”

I had attached 3 PDF files. The first two PDF files were Christian Apologetics books that I had written titled “Universal Truth and Love” and “The War Against Truth”. Both books had registered copyrights and were written prior to my employment at Huntington Beach High School. I had also attached a PDF file of the book “Mere Christianity” by the famous author C. S. Lewis. There was obviously nothing threatening about this email I sent to the other science teachers on May 18, 2015.

However, Carolee Ogata was worried that her own misconduct would be discovered that led to the lockdown at Huntington Beach High School October 6, 2015, so she decided to “double down” by committing perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Carolee Ogata secretly consulted a lawyer named Jacquelyn L. Takeda who would help her commit perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Exhibit 1 from Carolee Ogata’s own court document shows that Isabella Roethel forwarded my email sent May 18, 2015 to Carissa Rice who forwarded the email to the secret lawyer Jacquelyn L. Takeda.

The secret lawyer Jacquely L. Takeda consulted Carolee Ogata about her plan to commit perjury and claim my email sent May 18, 2015 was threatening. Carolee Ogata was then instructed to search my PDF books for “killing” and “death” to pad the court documents with anything they could find in order to make it seem like they had some evidence and weren’t just committing perjury.

In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata committed perjury by claiming an except from the last chapter (Chapter 15) titled “Closing Statements” from my Christian Apologetics book “Universal Truth and Love” was considered threatening. If you read Chapter 15 “Closing Statements” from my book “Universal Truth and Love”, it gives a summary of the worldview described in the Bible and a plea to consider the ramifications. By Carolee Ogata’s faulty logic, the Bible itself or any other book would be considered a threatening by citing anything from it with “killing” and “death” out of context.

In her signed declaration for a restraining order against me, Carolee Ogata committed perjury by claiming the following excepts from my book “The War Against Truth” were considered threatening:

“ What is a legitimate reason for killing a person? “

“A parasite that immediately kills its host will go extinct. A parasite that does subtle damage can spread from host to host and do far more damage”

Carolee Ogata intentionally took the first except from my book “The War Against Truth” out of context to commit perjury. The except was about abortion and stated the following in its proper context:

“The fact that a child is a person is an objective fact, which does not change simply because one bigoted society feels the child is unwanted or might become a burden. If a child is a person, it can only be killed for legitimate reasons. What is a legitimate reason for killing a person? The first is legitimate reason is self-defense. The second legitimate reason is if the death was unintentional. When there is evidence that the mother’s life is in danger, the mother can choose to defend herself by killing her child. A loving mother will naturally try to find an alternative to save both herself and her child if feasible.”

Carolee Ogata purposefully took the second except from my book “The War Against Truth” out of context intentionally to commit perjury. The except was an analogy used when describing artificial education and stated the following in its proper context:

“Artificial education is a parasite that obstructs and diverts a person away from learning and acquiring accurate facts, reliable information, and practical skills. Artificial education encourages a complete dependence on contemporary authority for validation, which obstructs the transparency of facts and information. Artificial education imbeds and preserves impractical skills that have been abstracted to the point they have no application outside of the academic environment that self[1]promotes those skills. Artificial education conceals and protects itself by discouraging reflective thought and classical ideas through personal insults, public humiliation, and implicit threats of exclusion. Artificial education floods society with contemporary self-promoting propaganda claiming its supporters are the most intelligent people who have ever lived, their work is essential to the survival of society, and one day in the far future some less intelligent engineers will use it to invent an amazing application; anyone who disputes their impractical skills and circular definitions is slandered as being unintelligent or ignorant. Artificial education is a parasite that hides within genuine education and feeds of the fruits of genuine education to conceal its own damaging effects. A parasite that immediately kills its host will go extinct. A parasite that does subtle damage can spread from host to host and do far more damage. Eventually, if a parasite does enough damage, it can be detected and removed. Why is the cost of education increasing? Why is the national debt increasing? Why does a host with a parasite need more food to survive? We have diagnosed the fact that our society is diseased and suffers from the parasite of Artificial Education, so now we need to remove the parasite. Many times you cannot forcibly remove a parasite, but rather you need to stimulate it to leave. Artificial education will defend itself because it is the livelihood for many people who have no practical skills. Artificial education cannot be forcibly removed because it protects itself using personal insults, public humiliation, and implicit threats of exclusion.”

To cover up her own misconduct Carolee Ogata blackmailed Ian Dominelli, Mellissa Taylor, Carrissa Rice, and Kay Nakauchi to commit perjury against me. They all conspired together to commit perjury against me using their mutual secret lawyer Jaquelyn L. Takeda as evidenced by Exhibit 1 in all of their court documents for a restraining order. They are all guilty of a conspiracy against my rights in violation of U.S.C. Title 18. Section 241. Judge Timothy J. Stafford of Department C66 was aware of their perjury and obstructed justice by aiding and abetting them.

On April 5, 2017, I, Chad Clawitter, had previously field a CH120 Response to Request for Civil Harassment Restraining Orders for each request submitted by Carolee Ogata, Ian Dominelli, Mellissa Taylor, Carrissa Rice, and Kay Nakauchi. The following is what was stated in my CH120 response:

“1. Pertaining to my performance of duties outlined in my position description as a Teacher in Huntington Beach Union High School District, I meet all the standards and completed them satisfactorily. I utilized project-based learning on a regular basis to enhance student learning. I participated in all staff meetings. I collaborated with colleagues in my department. I demonstrated extensive subject matter knowledge. I demonstrated a passion for my subject area. (See Exhibit 1: HBUHSD Evaluation and Letter of Recommendation by Science Department Coordinator)

2. Prior to accepting a temporary contract teaching at Huntington Beach High School, I was on a probationary contract teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School. I cleared my teaching credentials while teaching at West Adams Preparatory High School. I had taught Physics at West Adams Preparatory High School for 3 years. A week before school started at West Adams Preparatory High School, Huntington Beach High School had a vacancy for a AP Physics/Physics teaching position that urgently needed to be filled. I resigned from my position at West Adams Preparatory High School and accepted a temporary contract teaching at Huntington Beach High School with the understanding that it would lead to a probationary contract if I did well. (See Exhibit 2: Prior Gainful Employment at West Adams Preparatory High School)

3. I have a registered copyright for the book I wrote that is against corruption, which is titled “The War Against Truth”. In Chapter 6 of the book, I specifically urge the readers to always read entire chapters instead of just prescreened excerpts so that the meaning will not be purposely or negligently misinterpreted: “The opponents of truth censure traditional knowledge by decontextualizing its content so that it will be misinterpreted. Traditional knowledge is often purposefully or negligently misinterpreted to justify the readers’ motives rather than as a legitimate quotation that explains and analyzes the intended meaning of the author. Students are encouraged to read only prescreened excerpts from primary sources rather than entire chapters. Students are encouraged to speculate an interpretation for the passages rather than investigating the author’s actual meaning based on the context. Why is it important to read entire chapters rather than just prescreened excerpts?” An unbalanced prejudiced person with the motive to slander and defame me would simply type in the keywords “killing” or “death” in the “Find” feature of the pdf, which would bring them to Chapter6 and Chapter 13. Chapter 13 in the book uses rational and logical arguments to explain why fraud and widespread abortion are not beneficial to society. If you read the chapter in its proper context, the “references to killings and death” in that chapter pertain to abortion and explaining why widespread abortion is not beneficial to society. A normal balanced person who read the chapters in its proper context would understand the purpose of the chapters were to be intellectually thought-provoking and didactic; a normal balanced person who read the chapters in their proper context would not perceive it to be threatening. I also have a registered copyright for the book I wrote that juxtaposes Biblical Christianity with Naturalism (Atheism/Agnosticism/Nominal Christianity/Nominal Religion) in an academic/debate style format, which is titled “Universal Truth and Love”; chapter 15 in the book is titled “Closing Statements” has the context of a debate where the speaker is a debater who believes Biblical Christianity is true asking the audience to consider the ramifications. The chapter gives a direct blunt summary of the worldview described in the Bible and uses a mixture of persuasion techniques such as Ethos (Authority), Logos (Logic), and Pathos (Emotion/Empathy) to give a passionate plea to the reader to choose wisely what they believe to be true because the ramifications are determined by reality, which does not conform to false beliefs (the truth about reality is not determined by majority vote). A normal balanced person who read the chapter in its proper context would understand the purpose of the chapter was to be intellectually thought-provoking and didactic; a normal balanced person who read the chapter in its proper context would not perceive it to be threatening. 4. I published my books “The War Against Truth” and “Universal Truth and Love” online in accordance with my rights protected by the 1st Amendment (http://www.amazon.com/- /e/B017SAMJ62). In the Fall 2015 semester, a parent of one of my AP Physics students, who was also on the cheerleading team, came to me afterschool and said she found my books online, was going to buy them, was going to read them, and was going to then make a decision based on what she thought about my books. Particular members of Huntington Beach Union High School District were prejudiced against my political and religious beliefs, specifically my arguments against widespread abortion in Chapter 13 of “The War Against Truth” due to my pro-life stance rooted in my Catholic background and my arguments promoting Biblical Christianity in my Christian Apologetics book “Universal Truth and Love”. These prejudiced members of HBUHSD spread false rumors about me and what I had written. I sent pdf copies of my books to my colleagues to clarify what I had written to quell any false rumors about what I had written. 5. On June 10, 2015, I was sent home and not allowed to attend the graduation ceremony due to false rumors about me spread by prejudiced members of HBUHSD. I then got a temporary contract for teaching 6 classes of conceptual physics at Northview High School in Covina for the 2015-2016 school year. On October 6, 2015, I drove directly from my apartment in Irvine (where my wife and I were living) to Northview High School in Covina (where I was working as a teacher). I was teaching at Northview High School in Covina when my mother and my wife called Northview High School about a “family emergency”. On October 6, 2015, there was a lockdown at Huntington Beach High School. Due to false rumors spread by prejudiced member of HBUHSD, HBUHSD gave my name “Chad Clawitter” to the Huntington Beach Police Department as the cause for the lockdown at Huntington Beach High School October 6, 2015. These false reports have consequently been broadcast to the media. The Lockdown at Huntington Beach High School on October6, 2015 was used as an act of terror to destroy my reputation and teaching career. Irreparable damage has been done to my teaching career due to the false rumors spread by prejudiced members of HBUHSD. 6. I graduated High School from Aliso Niguel High School in 2005 with over a 4.0 GPA. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Minor in Mathematics. I graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles with a Master of Arts Degree in Education in 2011. (See Exhibit 5: Letters of Recommendations from University Professors)

7. I have no criminal history. I have never done drugs. I am not an alcoholic. I have never owned any firearms. I have never had any moving violations. Any parking tickets I have had are paid. LAUSD falsely claimed that a wage overpayment had occurred September 30, 2014, which was the day I received my first payment from HBUHSD. On July 7, 2016 LAUSD proceeded to sue me in small claims court. The date the small claims court trial was set for, July 7th, which is the day of the Catholic wedding anniversary for my wife and me. We did not attend the small claims court trial, but we have mailed a cashier’s check for the full amount ($1,822.90) of the Judgement on March17, 2017, which was received March 21, 2017. I have filed my taxes. I am a law-abiding citizen and submit to whatever law and order requires; I give to Washington what belongs to Washington, and I try to give to God what belongs to God. I simply ask for mercy and that you please do not grant any restraining orders against me submitted by prejudiced members of HBUHSD simply for me trying to clear my reputation and be able to provide for my family.
