India's Eternal Cycle - God of Destruction, Lord of Life

Our ancient history is rich with culture. Utilizing the art of storytelling, these people would share outrageous tales of heavenly beings behaving as people behaving poorly or providing extraordinary examples to emulate. Using the night sky to record the passage of time, they would see in the stars things which were familiar, this is called "pareidolia". Using pareidolia they would name the constellations and various other celestial objects to develop their calendar for farming and surviving. Much has changed in the recent centuries, but these stories and myths still capture our imaginations today.
