Many of you may know of the term, progressive overload, most likely if you go to the gym. But what you did not realise is that you can use this outside of a gym context and apply it to your life in order to progress and grow as a person. You can use it to build good habits and break bad habits, and I have used it many times in my life outside of the gym.
