Snickerdoodle recipe:

1 stick butter

3/4 cup sugar

Whip till fluffy

Then Add

1 egg

Tsp vanilla

Then add dry ingredients

1 1/4 c flour

3/4 tsp cream of tartar

1/4 tsp baking soda/powder

1/2 tsp salt

Roll tbs balls in cinnamon sugar, bake at 375°

8-10 minute baking
