New California State Proclamation Day II March 8, 2024
Proclamation Day II on March 8, 2024 from Sacramento, CA for the New State of California was a day set aside to lay down the 14th Declaration of Default against the State of California. In this clip Paul Preston the Governor Pro Tempore for the Great New State of California explains that the new civil war is upon us and the central issue is slavery. By not following Article IV, Section 4, Clause 2 "Freedom from invasion" governments such as California's failed progressivism has opened the door for the evils the Founding Fathers knew would destroy our country. Gov. Preston holds the federal and state leadership accountable for their roles in causing the civil war and offers solutions for making a Great New California and the remaking of a Great California State.
