🌊 25 Min Full-Body Beach HIIT Workout (no repeat) 🌞

This 25-minute full body beach workout alternates between dumbbells and bodyweight to give you a variety of moves that will keep your muscles burning and your heart pumping. It's a no repeat workout, with the exception of a staple combination move that you will see 5 times throughout. For your reference, I'm using 10 and 15lb dumbbells, and there will be 45 seconds of workout followed by a 15 second recovery period. The finisher here is EPIC...50 calf raises followed by 50 split lunges!
