Expert says National Guard at NYC subway a 'wrong read'

Henry Smart III, an assistant professor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, told Reuters "most people are uncomfortable with powerful artillery, military uniforms, that tends to signal things that we often see on television for countries that may be less developed than the United States."
