Mentally deranged person suddenly tackles woman & assaults her - NYC again

A man caught on video walking behind a woman & suddenly jumps on and tackles her. According to the report, he grabbed her butt and walked off. Some might say, "is that all"? and the answer would be no, its not all. She is going to be traumatized for a long time if not the rest of her life. This piece of crap stole the feeling of safety and security from this woman. He belongs in jail away from the public. Crazy enough though, if he is arrested he will probably be let go in hours AND if he is an illegal, NYC will not inform ICE (like it has in the past). Democrats do not care how bad things are. They only care about votes. Which is why you see Gov Hochul of NY adding national guard to the subway system a year before her election yr. She never mentions repealing the no bail or the no prosecuting of quality of life laws.
