Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/2/18

A cold front arrived overnight, right on schedule, giving the valley and mountains a good soaking rain. We'll continue to have rain through sunrise, then scattered showers the rest of the day. That leaves us with great air quality and a westerly wind, with a high of 61 in Bakersfield, 51 in Lake Isabella, 49 in Frazier Park and 47 in Tehachapi.
