1 cup Hibiscus’s tea 🫖
1 small apple 🍎
1/2 beet cooked - I buy them Cooked sometimes I use beet to make salad 🥗
1 banana 🍌
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds ( optional ) or chia or flaxseed any
2 ice 🧊 cubes
1 scoop protein powder ( optional ) I don’t use
