Two men have been arrested, accused of pistol-whipping a man and stealing his Corvette at gunpoint in a carjacking in the Spring Hill community near DeLand on Tuesday afternoon, sheriff's deputies said.

The incident was reported at 3:47 p.m. on South Thompson Street. The victim reported two masked suspects pulled up beside him. One pointed a gun, threatened to kill him, pistol-whipped him and pulled him out of his black 2019 Chevy Corvette, deputies said.
