More than three years after the riots at the Capitol, the FBI have arrested independent journalist Steven Baker for his role in the January 6th "insurrection."

Steven Baker was placed in cuffs and shackles over what amount to misdemeanor charges.

He is not accused of any vandalism or other riotous activity, merely for entering the Capitol building.
