On Monday, February the 26th of 2024 the Liberal Party of Canada tabled new legislation that among other things amends the Criminal Code and the Human Rights Act with new variations of hate crime laws. A lot of people have asked about this, just last week with my episode there were a number of questions in the comments box about it so today we are going to talk about some of the highlights from that case, it’s over one hundred pages so I am not going to go through the whole thing exhaustively but I want to touch on some key points.
