Behind every statistic (in Worcester County Safety and BOE presentations from week of February 26th), someone was violated.

Excellent monologue from Commissioner Chip Bertino about Safety Presentations from the State's Attorney and Sheriff's Department, followed up by a rebuttal presentation from the Board of Education.

Let's look at the big picture here folks, not semantics in numbers. We have a real problem here that needs to be addressed.
