Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/1/18

Bakersfield will top out at an average 66 under mostly cloudy skies while the mountains will be a bit cooler with better chances to see the showers throughout the day. The Kern River Valley climbs to the mid-50s while Tehachapi and Frazier Park will be in the upper 40s. The highest Kern County mountain locations will see some light snow.
