The purpose of this meeting is to share the market analysis performed by the Retail Coach for Gatesville, along with any other data that the Retail Coach believes would be pertinent in helping our local businesses better understand how to deliver their services to the region.

The retail coach, presentation, and workshop will focus on helping existing business owners in Gatesville better understand the market and market opportunities. We will focus on the Gatesville Retail Trade Area, who the Gatesville consumer is (psychographics), and look at the retail sectors with the most demand potential.

The City Chamber of Commerce will also be speaking as to what services they provide the city of Gatesville.
