Driver narrowly escapes injury after a piece of concrete was tossed from an overpass and hit his windshield

Man says he saw three guys on the overpass on I-465 near the Pendleton Pike exit. He tried to avoid the piece of concrete they tossed from the overpass, but it hit his vehicle.
