Viking Battery Tester Review & Johnson Tilt and Trim Diagnosis

My brother bought a Viking Battery Tester analyzer and I liked it so much I bought one too. Also, diagnosing a tilt trim problem on a 2000 Johnson 90hp outboard. Seems the trim unit had lots of water intrusion. The electric motor died.
