1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
2 medium eggplants, sliced into rounds
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
