A secret group of right-wing fanatics is waging a campaign of political terrorism in Britain, threatening its targets with assault, arson and murder. Several people have been badly injured in these unprovoked attacks and police are becoming concerned at the spread of violence. WORLD IN ACTION reveals the men behind the terror attacks and traces their cell structure back to the Ku Klux Klan in America. (Synopsis) `Combat 18' is a neo-Nazi terrorist organisation in this country which attacks Jews, blacks, the Anti-Nazi League, other groups, supporters and sympathisers. Last year, the shadowy American Harold Covington stayed secretly in Britain to set up Combat 18, whose newsletter Redwatch uses his US PO Box no. C18 has made arson attacks on the Morning Star offices and other businesses. Charlie Sargent, a `knife-merchant', is its organiser, and Eddie Whicker its leader. It obtains terrorist know-how from the UDA, banned in Ireland, legal in England, and Eddie Sargant regularly visits Belfast. An ex-member, and Tim Hepple, who infiltrated it, describe its methods.
