This guy was let out on very low bond without restrictions after killing a 42yo mom and her 21yo daughter while driving 70mph speeding through a red light. He has multiple speeding tickets on record with no prior arrests. You have to listen to the attorneys nonchalantly describe this as a "minor violations" and "traffic infractions". The killer is being charged with "involuntary manslaughter" and not wnd degree murder.

Justicia defines Second-degree murder as an intentional killing that was not premeditated. In some states, second-degree murder also encompasses “depraved heart murder,” which is a killing caused by a reckless disregard for human life. Second-degree murder is often seen as a catch-all category for intentional and sometimes grossly reckless killings that do not fall within a state’s definition of first-degree murder.

A 22-year-old man accused of speeding through a red light and killing a mother and her daughter as they were leaving a Drake concert in Missouri was released on bond, court documents show.

Monte Henderson was released from jail Friday morning after posting $20,000, which was 10% of his $200,000 bail, according to court records.

Police said Henderson was arrested on two counts of first-degree involuntary manslaughter charges and and two counts of armed criminal action in connection to the deaths of Laticha "Lety" Bracero, 42, and Alyssa Cordova, 21, of Chicago, Illinois.

In a probable cause statement, police noted Henderson was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee in downtown St. Louis on Feb. 14 when he ran a red light and crashed into the women as they were crossing a street.

The crash was captured on surveillance footage and shows the Jeep speeding through the intersection before hitting another car and plowing into the women.
