US Justice Department Must Investigate NY AG James for FELONY - Alex on OAN

If and when Americans retake control of the federal government, the U.S. Department of Justice must investigate New York State Attorney General Letitia James and her co-conspirators for attempting to deprive Donald Trump, the NRA, JBS USA Foods, and other victims of their constitutionally protected rights, explains journalist Alex Newman on OANN's In Focus with Alison Steinberg.

This important statute, codified in Section 242 of Title 18, makes it a federal felony to deprive or attempt to deprive a person of his or her rights "under color of law." That means that judges, police officers, prosecutors, and other authority figures cannot violate a person's rights by pretending that it is part of some phony legal proceeding. There may be RICO implications in all of this too.
