Triple-A Michigan reports prices are up 20-cents a gallon to three-dollars-45-cents, which is a new high for the year and 45-cents higher than last month. A 15-gallon fill up costs 51-dollars on average in the state. Jackson has the highest price at three-48, while Marquette has the lowest price at three-29.
