An 18-year-old man was arrested Monday after his social media threat forced the closure of all Reading Community Schools, according to Hamilton County court documents. Scott Napier, 18, "did cause serious public inconvenience" by "threatening to shoot up Reading High School," an affidavit reads. The officer who arrested him also discovered marijuana and a pipe on Napier's person when he was apprehended, according to the document. Napier now faces charges of inducing panic, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
