Here I talk about the strategies for dealing with urges that arise, especially while trying to quit drinking, smoking, or other vices. So there's two approaches for this: the Inside-Out approach and the Outside-In approach.

The OUTSIDE-IN approach employs practical techniques such as breathwork, distraction, analysis of behavior patterns, and identifying trigger points.

By comparing and contrasting these methods, I guide you towards the most effective way to conquer your urges and reclaim control over your life.
