Holy Laughter is Good Medicine

Mark T. Barclay was prophesying during this meeting on July 28, 1994. I was there that night to see and hear this. Some people call it a spirit of laughter or being drunk in the Spirit. Brother Barclay said he has learned when this happens, it is because God has either put something on the inside of someone or that they are being healed of a deep deep hurt.
