The U.S. Constitution vs. the 25 Points of the NSDAP: An Analysis

In this episode, Gerron contrasts the 25 Points of the NSDAP with the U.S. Constitution. His insightful take is that the 25 Points provided protections from foreign and domestic banks, corporations, and oligarchs while the Bill of Rights offered no such protections. In contrast, the Bill of Rights provides many protections against the excesses of a monarchy while the 25 Points provide few such protections. This is a very interesting assessment as it shows that both documents were reactionary to terrible events taking place in each of these countries and neither of the documents were comprehensive in their protections of their people.
