Father seeks in "suspicious" death of 18-month-old son

Anderson police are investigating what they are calling suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of an 18-month-old boy. Harlan Haines died on Sunday. Police say Harlan was being taken to Community Hospital in Anderson Friday morning when the vehicle he was riding hit a utility pole. Investigators are waiting for autopsy results to determine whether or not the accident was the sole cause of Harlan's death. No arrests have been made at this time and police have not named any suspects.
