N bombs in Santa Cruz City Council

This guy Curtis indeed does drive a "peace truck" which say "PEACE" and is a very strange character, has gotten the keys to the city twice, although presented by a Progressive Mayor. He's something else. The council members were recalled, 1'st time in 150 years, shortly thereafter.
