This is the defense at Avdiivka Coke Plant through the eyes of the fighters of the 2nd mechanized battalion of the Third Assault Brigade. The footage was recorded on a GoPro camera during the period when the last ways to enter Avdiivka had already been "cut off" by the enemy. The roads to the city were under fire control of the enemy.
Under fire, the assault groups were breaking through the battle formations of the occupiers in order to reach the plant. The raids were accompanied by enemy drones flying there at low altitudes. In such situations, the operation of EW system could no longer save from attacks from the sky.

During that time, the Avdiivka Coke Chemical Plant became, at the same time, the positions, cover, and shelter from enemy KABs, artillery, and phosphorus shells. The fighters took up an all-around defense on its territory, in the basements they deployed a stabilization point and places for short-term rest between battles.

About how, losing the count of days, despite the lack of provision supplies, and ammo the fighters led continuous battles until the end and did not allow the occupiers to close the ring of encirclement, how they evacuated the heavily wounded under shell bursts and, while saving their wounded brothers-in-arms, kept up their spirit and forbade them to say goodbye to life – in this video.
