Thailand may buy Gripen E/F Aircraft, Philippines should have an Offset Policy like them

Thailand plans to retire some of their old F-16C Fighting Falcon Aircraft and buy a Squadron of new Fighter Aircraft, likely to be the JAS-39E/F Gripen, and the Philippines should have an "Offset Policy" for the acquisition of Military Hardware just like Thailand and many other Countries that will benefit the Country also economically.
