TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
Southside Cocktail: An Al Capone Favorite!

2 ounces Gin
3/4 ounce Fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Simple syrup
Mint leaves
Mint sprigs

Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
Add gin. lime juice and simple syrup.
Fill with cracked ice
Hard shake for ten seconds
Strain and pour into chilled cocktail glass
Dress with mint sprig
