Excessive force- Monroe County, Missouri. Shooting unarmed man.

Officer violating their use of force policy nearly killing our son. Our son is still in jail after 18 months, never allowed a bond. This has the markings of a possible cover-up by Monroe County?? What do you all think?? We need some help with this, please.
