For the past two years, I've delved into the philosophy of non-duality. Given my lifelong interest in science and physics, I've constantly sought a means to articulate the insights gained from my understanding of non-duality in a scientific context, aiming to shed the religious connotations and communicate the awakening to the concept of no-self more practically. Recently, I encountered Dr. Bernardo Kastrup's course on analytic idealism, where I quickly noticed parallels with non-duality, especially concerning the illusion of the Ego and the Oneness of Consciousness. Dr. Bernardo Kastrup is a contemporary philosopher known for his work in analytic idealism, a philosophical perspective that posits reality as fundamentally mental or consciousness based. While Kastrup's ideas share some similarities with non-dualistic philosophies, which propose a fundamental unity underlying all existence, they also offer distinct insights into the nature of consciousness and reality. Here I would like to highlight ten critical points from Kastrup's analytic idealism that complement the philosophy of non-duality:
