Status of 4 Trump cases plus Colorado Ballot at the SCOTUS. - 3/2/24

Status for the following:

1.) NY for hush money: Trial begins on March
25, 2024. 34 counts. First of 4 indictments
against Trump

2.) Fulton County for RICO: After the
disqualification hearing yesterday a
decision to be handed down in 2 weeks
whether to disqualify Fani Willis and Nate
Wade or giving them a pass. My gut tells
me Fani and Nate will be given a pass.

3.) J6 DC: On hold indefinitely. Trial in late September at the latest. Verdict by the election date? Unlikely.

4.) Classified Documents FL: Judge Cannon says no to Jack Smith's July 2024 date proposal. Trump asking for August 2024. No decision made on the new date yet. So the May 20, 2024 date is out of the window. I think the reason the Judge Cannon has not decided on the new date yet is the Smith's refusal to give the Trump team a list of witnesses. Both Trump and Smith have different views on how the Act is written. Sensitive information is a big problem to resolve before the jury is selected. Background checks needed for Trump lawyers? If so, Trump needs A LOT of time before a trial could begin. What about jurors? That's probably another reason why the judge has not decided on a trial date yet. Many moving parts at once...

Colorado Ballot Decision not yet announced from the SCOTUS... SCOTUS usually announces decisions on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00am. In this case, the decision on the ballot has not been announced because both Colorado and Maine keep Trump on the respective ballot for now. Both states are in the Super Tuesday group. Maybe the Court will make an announcement next Monday the 4th? Illinois not on Super Tuesday. Judge Traci Porter who kicked Trump off the Illinois ballot will be recalled before her term expires in 2028?
