Ambassador Ellen Sauerbrey gives a quick summary of Senate Bill 484. This bill violates your property rights by taking away your County Councils input on zoning : A quick recap:
1. Manufacturing housing in single home areas.
2. Development within 1 mile of transit stations.
3. @Any state or non profit property can be developed.

This bill proposes 30% increase in density. Fewer limits on developer’s codes including high rise buildings and low income housing. Negative impact on municipalities such as schools, fire department and police. (Which there already is a shortage). No public hearings for citizen input.
