Well, at 830am, it was actually a bit of late breakfast for an early bird, such as yours truly, borderline brunch time ...

And so the story goes, that I went for one of my go-to brekky options while on the road, that being Vietnamese style pan fried with crusty rolls.

It was delish and washed down with icy cool water plus a pipping hot Americano coffee. ☕
