Documentary "Ave Amira" by regional TV station "Omroep Gelderland". Amira was followed by Omroep Gelderland during the course of 2016 during crucial moments, the first days at secondary school, coaching by a new vocal teacher, a performance in Poland in the middle of a school week, a sold out Christmas concert and at a gathering of the biggest Amira fans during a fanday.
The documentary gives a unique insight of Amira's life, both as the singer and the normal girl. Documentary made by Barbara de Baare en Sylvia Willems.

The Peace Award Amira attends was initiated by a well-known Polish painter and sculptor Wojciech Siudmak (now living in Paris). It is his attempt to spread the idea of peace through arts. He comes from Wieluń, a city that is believed to be where WWII started. Germans bombed the city circa 5 minutes before they fired guns of the Schleswig-Holstein destroyer at Westerplatte in Gdańsk.

The credit on the wall at the end of the film reads "Thanks to Amira and family" in Dutch.
