Navalny's widow urges EU parliament to pressure Putin

Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of late Kremlin critic Alexey Navalny, addressed the EU parliament in English, urging them to apply pressure on Putin, saying Putin can't be hurt by a resolution or another set of sanctions.
