My author interview with sci-fi coming of age writer Taffeta Chime was inspiring as she shared about how her sci-fi coming of age books began as short stories written from middle school and late elementary. These sci-fi books evolved into full length novels geared for the coming of age range. Her first book, she won an award due to having published it in high school, and she showed she took control of her own education.
