You will eat at least 3 times a day! Healthy oatmeal recipe in 5 minutes! Eat and lose weight! No sugar, no egg!

Ingredients:
120 g(1 +1/4 cup) oat flakes
200 ml(~ 3/4 cup) kefir/ or yogurt
2 medium apples
cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
chopped nuts for decoration
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/360°F
