Owners Of Dogs That Killed A Detroit Man Will Face Charges

Last month, Harold Phillips, 35 of Detroit, was killed after an attack from three dogs, and now the owners of the dogs are facing chargers.

On January 29th, Phillips was mauled by three dogs after they escaped through an unsecured fence.

Dog owner Roy Goodman, 40 of Detroit, is charged with one count of dangerous animal causing death, punishable by up to 15 years in prison. His wife, Trevina Goodman, 38 of Detroit, will be charged with the same.
